  • Haves and Wants - Each member introduces themselves and what they do in the industry. If they have anything for sale or need help with anything from the group this is the time to share.
  • Speaker - Roundtable Discussion - Exit strategies, We know the market is hot right now. How do you know when to sell an investment. How can you avoid taxes. What should you do when you buy a property to make sure you are ready when you exit.
  • Networking / AMA- This is your chance to ask questions, try and solve problems or do deals brought up in the haves and wants portion!
